Fluent in German, English, and Spanish, Simon excels in strategic project generation, company development, and stakeholder engagement primarily in the Americas and Europe.

Sandy MacDougall
Executive ChairmanMr. MacDougall is an Economics graduate of the University of British Columbia has over 30 years of experience in the investment banking and finance industry. He was a former investment advisor at Canaccord Capital Corp. and was involved in numerous significant financings in Canada and abroad for a wide range of companies. His experience includes extensive exposure to precious and base metal projects throughout North and South America. Mr. MacDougall is the Founder and current CEO and Director of Noram Lithium Corp. (TSX-V: NRM, 2015 – present) which is advancing one of the largest undeveloped lithium deposits in North America.

Carlos Arias Eguiguren
DirectorDr. Arias is a lawyer based in Quito, Ecuador specializing in mining law and is a former Director of the Ecuadorian Chamber of Mines. He holds a Doctorate in law with a Master’s degree in international business and legal studies from the University of Exeter, England. Dr. Arias has been actively involved with and served on a number of boards of public companies in Canada. He has been featured in Madison Who’s Who of the World, Baron’s Who is Who (USA) and received the GDS Excellence Leader Award for his outstanding legal career.

Michael MacDougall
DirectorMr. MacDougall holds a bachelor of science degree and a master’s degree from the University of Victoria and brings over 25 years of experience in leading and managing large organizations, primarily within the Government of British Columbia. As Associate Deputy Minister and Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the Ministry of Health, here oversaw the ministry’s multi-billion dollar annual operating and capital budgets. He also held positions as CEO of Shared Services BC and Executive Financial Officer of the Ministry of Environment. Mr. MacDougall is currently the Senior Vice President of Health Services for Maximus Canada.

Raul Sanabria
Vice President, ExplorationRaul is a seasoned mining and exploration professional with over 20 years of experience in the industry. He has a strong track record of discoveries and has worked in several countries around the world, including Europe, West Africa, Canada, Central and South America. Raul is particularly knowledgeable about precious, base, and strategic metals and is known for identifying new opportunities and consolidating mining districts, making him an early mover in the industry, as co-founder of several exploration and mining companies. Raul holds a Master of Science in Geology from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and completed a thesis in Fe-REE-Skarn/IOCG deposits. He is also a Qualified Person for NI43-101 purposes, with the designation of P.Geo, EurGeol.
