Mr. Driver is a chartered accountant with over 40 years of experience. He was a founding partner of the firm Driver Anderson in 1982 and is a retired partner in the firm of Davidson and Company LLP. Cyrus’ wide knowledge of the securities industry and its rules have enabled him to give valuable advice to clients with respect to finance, taxation and other accounting related matters. Cyrus currently serves as director and/or chief financial officer of several TSX-V listed companies.
